  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • ETIS Connect - CRM, SCM, and POS solutions
  • ETIS Weave - Content and Project Management
  • ETIS Vision - Industrial IoT and GPS Tracking

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Prices are subject to change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ETISONE services are owned by EternalTech Innovations and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ETISONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
