Sales Policy

1. Scope
This Sales Policy applies to the purchase of all products, equipment, software subscriptions, and services from ETISONE (operated by Eternaltech Innovations and Solutions Private Limited). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
2.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to change after the validity period.
2.2 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned as inclusive
- Custom engineering and fabrication work is quoted on a project basis
- Volume discounts may apply for bulk orders — contact our sales team for details
2.3 Price Corrections
ETISONE reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a price correction affects your order, we will notify you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from ETISONE. Purchase orders, email confirmations, or signed quotations constitute valid order placement.
3.2 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Cheque / Demand Draft
- UPI payments
- Credit terms (for approved accounts only)
3.3 Payment Terms
- Standard orders: 100% advance payment before dispatch
- Project orders: As per milestone-based payment schedule agreed in the contract
- Credit accounts: Net 30 days from invoice date (subject to credit approval)
3.4 Late Payments
Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. ETISONE reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliveries for overdue accounts.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and vary based on product type:
- Stock items: 3–7 business days
- Custom fabrication: As per project schedule
- Imported equipment: 4–12 weeks depending on origin
4.2 Shipping
- Shipping charges are additional unless stated as inclusive in the quotation
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility
- Insurance during transit is the responsibility of the buyer unless separately arranged
4.3 Inspection
Buyers must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancy. Claims for transit damage must be lodged with the carrier directly.
5. Returns & Warranty
5.1 Returns
- Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
- Custom-manufactured items, chemicals, and software licenses are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error
5.2 Warranty
- Equipment & machinery: 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from date of dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Instruments & spares: As per manufacturer warranty
- Software subscriptions: Service availability as per SLA during the subscription period
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
6. Service Agreements
Service contracts (AMC, maintenance, consultancy) are governed by separate service level agreements. Key terms:
- Scope of services as defined in the service agreement
- Response times and escalation procedures as per agreed SLA
- Service contracts are renewable annually unless terminated with 30 days' written notice
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before production/dispatch: Orders may be cancelled with a restocking fee of up to 10% of order value
- Custom orders in production: Cancellation charges apply based on work completed
- After dispatch: Subject to return policy terms
- Software subscriptions: Non-refundable once activated
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation provided by ETISONE remain our intellectual property. Custom solutions developed for clients are subject to IP terms specified in the project contract.
9. GST & Taxes
- All applicable taxes (GST, customs duty) are charged as per prevailing government regulations
- GST registration details are provided on all invoices
- Input tax credit claims are the buyer's responsibility based on their GST filing
10. Force Majeure
ETISONE shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.
11. Governing Law
This Sales Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
